It turns on and seems to be in good working order but I have not tested it fully.

This item came from the estate of long time radio / TV/ electronics and appliance repairman Earl Farnsworth of Newcastle, Maine.
He was known locally as a prolific radio repairman and meticulously repairs old electronics.
